Our Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your Curved Furniture Shop purchase and offer a return policy on most orders. Returns will be accepted within the applicable return period, in their original packaging. Assembled, “closeout”, “final sale”, or “discontinued” items are not eligible for return.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within the applicable return period.
- Items must be unopened, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
- Assembled products, final-sale items, and closeout items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
Return Fees
For returns not due to damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items:
- A flat fee and a restocking fee will be deducted from the refund per item.
- If shipping charges were paid by the customer at the time of purchase, they are non-refundable, unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
- Refund Processing: Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

The link will take you to a sign in page. Use the email address that is on the order and you will be emailed a code to login. Once you have logged into your account you will be able to request a return for any item that is eligible for return.
Order Cancellations
Our warehouses make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible therefore we cannot guarantee an order will be able to be canceled. Order cancellations must be received promptly to have the best chance of being cancelled, please note we do not have customer support over the weekend and weekend orders have a lower chance of being cancelled. If an order has already shipped, we will work with the carrier to have it sent back to us, if possible. Please note a restocking fee may apply for orders cancelled due to buyer’s remorse. Orders canceled after they have been delivered will be subject to our standard return policy. If you need to cancel your order, please contact our support team through the website.
Shipping
We currently ship to our standard service areas and do not currently ship to all regions or PO Boxes and are not currently able to offer rush shipping.
Tracking
It can take time for a tracking number to update once it has been created. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You will also receive regular updates as your order makes its way to your home. Please note we do occasionally sell items on Pre/Back Order and a future ship date will be displayed for those products, if your Pre/Back Order has not shipped by the expected date please check the product page for updates. We are not responsible for carrier related shipping delays.
